Having a side business is an insurance policy

Having a side business is an insurance policy.⁣

Why do I say that? Because insurance prepares you for the things that *might* happen, the unexpected and the unknown. Now is the time to make a claim and cash in the insurance policy. But what if you don’t have one?⁣ ⁣

The current state of our world and our economy is shedding light on how quickly things can change. One day you can be crushing it at your corporate job and the next day you’re practicing social distancing, and you’re home with your kids, wondering how to get through the day and how to make ends meet.⁣⁣

⁣⁣

Whether you want to partner with a network marketing company or you have a vision for a business of your own - I can help you to understand what you can expect.⁣⁣

As a bookkeeper I helped many entrepreneurs run their businesses. The businesses that ran the smoothest were the ones who enlisted my help from day one. Working with me helped them become aware of what to expect, and they knew what they needed to do to be compliant with the government. Waiting until tax time to “figure things out” leaves you in a tough position. I saw this happen way too many times and this is a huge part of what has led me into business coaching. I want to give you all of the information you need to decide if pursuing a business is going to be a good fit for you. ⁣⁣

Fear of the unknown can cause us to react in a few ways, it can keep us stuck or it can force us to jump in and start messy (which can be a good thing) but when it comes to the nitty gritty of a business start up - messy doesn’t fly.⁣⁣

⁣⁣

If you are thinking about starting a business of your own. I want to help you make an informed decision and help you understand what this will look like as a start up, and what it will look like as a business you operate as a side hustle when life gets back to normal, or something you decide to take full time.
